Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ordering and shipping has been suspended. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping method time estimates:
- are estimates only, and are not guaranteed
- do not include our processing and handling times prior to the item being dropped off at the carrier
- only apply to the time of transport once the package has been accepted by the carrier
- are only for business days, not weekends, holidays, or other non-working days
Please note that our products ship directly from the manufacturer in Hong Kong.
- Since the items are shipped internationally, from Hong Kong, shipping costs may be relatively expensive for some customers. However, by shipping direct, the prices of the products are kept lower.
- Available shipping methods and carriers will vary depending on where you are located.
The amount of time it takes for you to receive your order is dependent on many factors, some of which are outside of our control. Some of these factors include, but are not limited to:
- The quantity of other orders we’ve received – if we have a lot of other orders prior to yours to process and ship, it may take longer
- The quantity of items you order – very large orders of many items may take longer to process and ship
- The performance, effectiveness, and speed of all third-party shipping carriers involved in delivery – if a shipping carrier makes a mistake, is under heavy workload (such as during the holidays), or otherwise causes problems, this can delay the delivery.
- Customs, inspections, and other potential delays – sometimes items get delayed, for one reason or another, when shipping internationally, due to customs and other inspections, or other issues.
Non-Delivery / Lost Items
- If the items don’t arrive or are somehow lost, you will receive a replacement order at no extra cost. Please note that we will use tracking information and other data provided by shipping carriers to determine the delivery status. If the item is shown as delivered in the tracking or other info, we will consider it delivered. This guarantee does not apply to items which are lost or stolen after they have been delivered.
- If the items arrive broken or defective, we may provide replacements at our discretion, if presented with reliable evidence of the condition and that the damage occurred during shipping and not due to customer mishandling. Within 48 hours of delivery, please send us photos and/or video of the damaged items, along with your order number, contact info, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review this information and get back to you as soon as we can.
